The
356 was originally designed in 1948 by Ferdinand Porsche’s son
Ferry as an out-and-out racer. During the next 22 years of production
the car had subtle changes to design and construction, but the overall
design and instantly recognizable shape of the car remained the same.
It became and remained a timeless classic.
Over 20 years ago, Chuck Beck started a company in Brazil to reproduce
the legendary Porsche Speedster. Beck is world-famous for quality, hand-made,
high performance 356 Speedster replicas. Beck Speedsters are assembled
by an experienced team of auto-engineers around a rigid tubular space-frame
chassis. Interiors are hand-crafted from the finest leather. Door panels,
map pockets, dash and gauge cluster, steering wheel, shifter and E-brake
cover - all made by Beck craftsmen. All cars profit from years of racing
experience and race-proven technology.
